The v. 2.5.3 appeared to have serious issues with Facebook / Google+ login. Once you tapped the Friends or Gifts icon, an error message won’t let you continue playing. The new version for iOS is already live, and Android update is coming soon.

NB: Please, don’t uninstall the game in attempt to solve the issue. The game progress (including XP level, coins, crystals, etc.) is saved on your device and thus will be lost.

A major update for BlackBerry version is scheduled for next week.
